calories left today
Minimum target 1,200 kcal (1,500 for men). Why?
Below that line it stops being possible to eat enough of what a body actually needs, so the app does not offer lower targets. Going lower is a call for a doctor, not an app.
Today's macros
0 oz
Default is 64 oz — the common eight-glasses rule of thumb, not a medical recommendation. Real needs vary with size, heat and activity. Edit it to whatever your doctor or your own experience says.

Supps & Meds

Your stack and your checklist — taken or not, today.

Supplements
This is a reminder tool, nothing more
It does not check interactions, does not know your history, and must not be used to decide a dose. Your prescriber and pharmacist are the source of truth. In an emergency, call your doctor or 911 — not an app.
Medications
GLP-1
Records what you took. It does not decide doses, does not know your titration plan, and a missed or late dose is a question for your prescriber, not for this app.

Journal

How it's going, in your words, plus what you did, day by day.

Day by day
Built from what you log - sessions, lifts, classes, WODs, food, water, supps and meds, weigh-ins. Nothing to fill in. Last 14 days.

Your account

Optional. An account turns on the Today dashboard and lets you delete your account data from our server later. Everything you log stays on this device whether you sign in or not.

We store only your email, the name you choose to be greeted by, and a password hash. Your logs are never uploaded, signed in or not.
Not now?
Every tab works without an account. You can come back to this screen any time from the button in the header.

My profile

Your body, your preferences, your account. Everything here stays on this device.

MY BODY
About you - stays on this device
Used only to estimate your resting burn for the Home ring. Never uploaded, never tied to your account.
Estimate uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation; for non-binary we use the midpoint of its two constants. It is a population formula, not a measurement - adjust the Rest number on Home anytime.
Body weight
-

-
30 day change
-
BMI
Goals stop at the bottom of the healthy BMI range for your height. If you want to go below that, it needs to be a doctor's call, not an app's.
Menstrual cycle
Off by default. When on, a Cycle card on Home lets you mark the first and last day of a period, shows your cycle day, and gives a rough estimate of the next one from your own history. It stays on this device like everything else here and is never sent to us. Turning it off hides the card; your entries stay until you erase them.
PREFERENCES
Vacation mode
Pauses reminders, the GLP-1 dose nudge and every streak. Nothing is deleted and you can still log if you feel like it — the app just stops asking. Turning it off picks up where you left it.
Calorie, water and protein targets live on Today: tap a ring to change it. Your lifting routines are under Log › Workout › Lifting › Routines.
ABOUT
Not medical advice
Fitness Moonshot is a logging tool for general wellness. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything, it is not a medical device, and nothing in it has been evaluated by the FDA. Every number it shows you — resting burn, calories out, BMI — is an estimate from a population formula, not a measurement of you. Talk to a doctor or a registered dietitian before changing how you eat, train or take anything, especially if you are pregnant, under 18, or managing a health condition. In an emergency call 911, not an app.
Food, weight and getting help
Tracking helps some people and hurts others. If logging has started to feel compulsive, or food and weight are taking up more room in your head than you want them to, that is worth taking seriously — it is not a willpower problem and you are not being dramatic. Talk to your doctor. In the US you can text NEDA to 741741 any time, or call or text 988. You can also just stop using this app; your data is yours and Delete everything is right here.
The legal bit
Your logs live on this device, not on our servers. Using the app means you accept the Terms of Use.
